I really like how simple this video looks when you watch it. One camera and one take right? Obviously the video has been sped up but everything is still in sync with the music. My guess is to do that they had to slow the music down when they were filming it to the proper speed so when it was sped up it works. What would be great is if someone took the video and slowed it down to the original speed to see how funny it looks then.
I wonder how hard it was to arrive back at the same location at the proper time in the song so the band could exchange props? What I can’t figure out is what is the driver doing around the 1:00 mark until 1:20. Are they in a cul-de-sac?

Actually got the video on the first take, meaning they only had to shoot it once.
Brandon’s friend Nate was the driver of the van
Effectively it only took roughly 12 minutes to shoot the video
