Homemade Lunch

Two months ago I got on the scale and was shocked with my weight. I made some changes in my diet and started exercising every day. I have lost 23lbs in 9 weeks thanks to spinach, fruit, eggs, vitamins, water, and running.

I stayed home today to get some work done like putting plastic over the windows so my heating bill doesn’t cost me a small fortune. Here was my big dinner… thanks Judy!
